ÖSTU-STETTIN is building a complex of state-of-the-art terraced houses in Mödling. The conventional ETICS façade was enhanced and fitted with a ventilated timber façade from BAUMGARTNER. Larch rhombus slats were used. The total area spans approx. 1,100 square metres.
