Diesterweggasse School

A future-oriented building for education: The students on Diesterweggasse in Vienna-Penzing have had a suitable place to study since 2018. BAUMGARTNER erected the entire shell construction with solid cross-laminated timber elements.

Mayr Melnhof Holz

The Mayr Melnhof Holz GmbH office building in Leoben is an imposing two-storey timber construction and one of the largest stand-alone projects in BAUMGARTNER's company history. 2,650 square metres of gross floor area and 1,450 square metres of timber façade were brought to life in only four months of construction.

Mödling terraced house complex

ÖSTU-STETTIN is building a complex of state-of-the-art terraced houses in Mödling. The conventional ETICS façade was enhanced and fitted with a ventilated timber façade from BAUMGARTNER. Larch rhombus slats were used. The total area spans approx. 1,100 square metres.
