First place at HRbert: Award-winning HR
When it comes to its apprenticeship programme, the HABAU GROUP goes far beyond statutory training requirements and instead takes a sustainable approach to teaching. In addition to a comprehensive foundation course, the programme focusses on inter-professional courses, strengthening social skills and personal development. Dedicated apprentice construction sites help the students learn and perfect special trade techniques and gain insights into future working practices such as digital construction management and surveying.

The fact that the location development agency Business Upper Austria recently awarded the HABAU GROUP first place in the category “Sustainable HR Management” at the HRbert Awards shows just how well this approach works.
