Dynatrace campus Linz: HABAU GROUP builds for global IT market leader
In Linz’s harbour area, the global Dynatrace engineering headquarters are undergoing an expansion from the current 9,500 square metres to approx. 29,000 square metres. A further milestone was achieved in March 2025 with the topping-out ceremony: the successful completion of the structural work for the new addition to the Dynatrace campus. Commissioned by Neusson Real GmbH, the HABAU GROUP is constructing the ultra-modern office location that will provide space for up to 1,800 IT specialists.
The seven-storey new building will be directly connected to the existing company building and is conceived as an expansion to the Dynatrace headquarters. Completion of construction is planned for the end of 2025. The interior construction is already proceeding rapidly, as the façade work continues.
Innovative worlds of work over 29,000 square metres
Featuring around 29,000 square metres of office space, the campus will provide room for innovative cooperation and modern working concepts. The new Dynatrace campus not only sets architectural accents, but also creates green oases of well-being for the future workers: 2,700 square metres of green rooftop spaces, 860 square metres of lavishly planted terraces and around 2,000 square metres of green areas on the ground floor.
Ensuring optimum connections are a new multi-storey car park with 230 parking spots as well as a bicycle garage with 300 spots, bicycle service facilities and charging stations for electric cars, bikes and scooters. A photovoltaic system with a total output of 250 kWp is to be installed on the roof.
The challenge of inner-city construction
Special attention had to be paid to the logistical challenge of a major building site in the downtown area and the seamless connection to the existing building. The HABAU GROUP would like to thank all project participants for their dedicated cooperation and is eagerly looking forward to the next implementation stages.
